Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TOrDO ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
TOrDO is a task management application designed to help users organize and complete their tasks through a swipe-based interface. The app offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
User Accounts
TOrDO uses your Apple ID for authentication and iCloud for data synchronization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
- TOrDO offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies
Free Tier Limitations
The free version of TOrDO includes:
- Up to 10 active tasks
- Up to 3 AI-assisted step generations per day
- Core task management features
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Circumvent any access or usage restrictions
- Use the app in any way that could damage or impair it
Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by TOrDO and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the tasks and content you create in the app. By using the app, you grant us permission to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
