- Tasks and Notes: The tasks, steps, and notes you create within the app

Automatically Collected Data
We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data. This includes:
- Feature usage: Which features you use (task creation, swipe actions, reminders, AI step generation)
- Task metrics: Estimated vs actual completion times, number of steps per task
- Session data: How many tasks you swipe through per session
- App events: App opens, daily prompt interactions
- Error events: When features fail (e.g., AI generation errors)
What We Do NOT Collect
- Your task titles, descriptions, or notes
- Your name, email, or contact information
- Your location
- Your device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Any data that could personally identify you
Task IDs used in analytics are random identifiers (UUIDs) that cannot be linked back to you or your task content.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the app's functionality
- To sync your data across your devices (via iCloud)
- To improve the app based on anonymous usage patterns
- To process in-app purchases (via Apple)
Data Storage
Your task data is stored:
- Locally: On your device using secure iOS storage
- iCloud: If enabled, synced via your personal iCloud account
We do not have access to your iCloud data. Your data is encrypted and controlled by Apple's iCloud security.
